Accessibility Statement
Date of statement: October 25, 2026. This statement is based on an internal review of the site carried out on that date.
English translation of the Hebrew accessibility statement. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
Our commitment
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about Agent4Job and start working with Joni. This statement covers the agentforjob.com website: the Hebrew and English main pages, the privacy policy and terms of use pages, and this page.
Accessibility level
Our target is Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, as required by the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The site does not yet meet every requirement of the standard, so it is currently partially conformant. The known gaps are listed below.
What is in place
- Language and direction: every page declares its language and reading direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), so screen readers read the text in the right language.
- Images: images that carry information have a text alternative. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Keyboard: all links, buttons, expandable questions and the consent checkbox can be reached with the keyboard alone (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Space). The focused element has a clearly visible outline.
- Form: the consent checkbox has an associated text label, and the form’s status messages are announced to screen readers.
- Structure: each page has one main heading and subheadings in order, and page regions (header, navigation, main content and footer) are marked up.
- Contrast: main text, headings and the main button have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against their background.
- Display: pages adapt to a 320-pixel-wide screen and to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion: the illustrative animations are short and stop on their own. They do not run on devices set to reduce motion.
- Video: the video on the Hebrew page does not start by itself. It loads only after you press the play button, and the player has a title announced to screen readers.
Known limitations
- Contrast of secondary text: some small text (the step numbers 01–04, the question numbers and the video duration line) has a contrast ratio below 4.5:1. A fix is planned.
- Illustrations: the screenshots of the system and the sample conversation with Joni are illustrations with example data only. On the Hebrew page they are images with a short text alternative, and the small text inside them is not fully accessible. On the English page the illustrations are built as text, but some of it is very small and has low contrast.
- Video: the video is embedded from YouTube, and the accessibility of the player is YouTube’s responsibility. We have not verified that the video has captions, and there is currently no text transcript. The service is also explained in the text on the page. The video is shown on the Hebrew page only.
- Sign-up button: the button stays disabled until the consent checkbox is ticked, and no message explains this.
- New tab: the privacy policy link on the main page opens in a new tab without prior notice.
- Conversation demo: the sample conversation at the top of the page updates automatically for a few seconds and has no pause button. It does not animate on devices set to reduce motion.
- Scope of the review: the review was done in the Chromium browser at phone and desktop sizes, and covered mainly language and direction, text alternatives, keyboard navigation, labels, heading structure, contrast and reflow. It did not include testing with screen readers (such as NVDA or VoiceOver) or an audit by a certified accessibility professional.
- Outside this site: conversations with Joni take place on WhatsApp, and their accessibility depends on the app and your device settings. The personal system opened through a personal link was not part of this review.
- Accessibility tools: the site has no accessibility plug-in. You can use the accessibility features of your browser and operating system (zoom, high contrast, screen reader).
