Who operates the service

The service is operated by Ben Cnaan Business Consulting, owned by Elia Ben Cnaan, who is also the controller of the database. Business registration number: 037076932. Address: 14 Haviva Reik St., Ramat Gan, Israel. Privacy inquiries: office@bencnaan.net.

Information and purposes of processing

The service helps you search for roles and find matches for your profile. When using it, you may provide identifying and contact details, a resume, professional experience, preferences and conversation content. This information may be used to derive a professional profile, recommendations and explanations of matches. Your feedback and actions on the board are used to track progress and refine personal matching.

We also collect your channel identifier (WhatsApp phone number or Telegram ID), registration and activation dates, and technical logs to operate and secure the service and resolve faults. Please avoid uploading sensitive information that is not needed for your job search, or referees’ details without their permission.

Choice and consent

Providing information is voluntary. Without the necessary identifying details and information, we cannot activate a personal agent or provide personalized matching. You can browse the information page without uploading a resume. Only your channel identifier and consent to this policy are required. You choose whether to provide a resume, preferences and other details; you can describe your experience in a conversation instead of sending a file.

Providers, artificial intelligence and international transfers

We use the following providers solely to operate the service:

• netcup, Germany (Nuremberg): the main server, where profiles, resumes, conversation content, job boards and technical logs are stored.
• Anthropic, United States: the Claude language model that powers the agent. It receives conversation content, resumes and profiles to generate responses.
• OpenAI, United States: a backup model when the primary model is unavailable, and analysis of images sent to the agent.
• Groq, United States: transcription of voice messages, job summaries and explanations of matches. Audio files are sent for transcription. For summaries and matching, professional profile details such as target roles, experience and skills are sent along with the job description. The personal name field is not included in the profile summary sent for job summaries.
• Vercel, United States and a global network: hosting the landing page, registration form and personal board.
• Cloudflare, global network: encrypted routing between the internet and the main server.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram: messaging channels. Messages pass through your chosen channel’s infrastructure, subject to its terms and privacy policy.

Responses are generated using AI providers’ models (Anthropic and, in some cases, OpenAI). Information needed for each response is sent to those providers for that purpose, and its use is subject to each provider’s terms and privacy policy. Under Groq’s service agreement, it may not use audio files or transcripts to train models, and it deletes the information within 30 days after the engagement ends. We do not sell personal information or transfer it to third parties for marketing.

International transfers: the main server is in the European Union, whose data protection laws are recognized under Regulation 3. Transfers to providers in the United States and other countries are made to operate the service, based on your consent at registration and subject to the providers’ data security commitments.

Retention, security and deletion

• Profiles, resumes, conversations and boards: retained while the account is active.
• Inactivity: an account inactive for 12 months will be deleted after advance notice through the messaging channel.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days.
• Deletion requests: information will be deleted from active systems within 7 days, and from backups in the next backup cycle, no later than 90 days.
• Consent records: retained for up to 7 years, including after account closure, solely to demonstrate consent.
• At AI providers: according to each provider’s retention policy, which is not fully under our control.

Information is stored on a server with restricted access, communications with it are encrypted, and the personal board is accessible only through a unique personal link. Absolute security or immediate deletion from every system is not guaranteed. Exceptions: information that must be retained by law will be kept for the required period.

Your rights and how to contact us

You may request access to your stored information, correction or deletion of it, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Email office@bencnaan.net or send a request in your conversation with the agent. Before processing the request, we will verify your identity through the messaging channel registered to your account. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent or deleting your information will stop the agent’s service for you.

Terms of Use

Recommendations and rankings are assistance tools. Information may be incomplete or out of date, and you should verify role requirements with the employer. A role, interview or offer is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing the profile and documents you approve.

The agent searches for jobs, ranks them and displays them on your personal board. Sending documents to an employer and applying on your behalf take place only after your explicit approval for each action. Accepting these terms does not provide blanket authorization for such actions.

• Age: the service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
• Payment: the service is free during the pilot. If fees are introduced, advance notice will be given and paid use will require separate consent.
• Prohibited use: do not upload false information, other people’s information without permission, or unlawful content, or attempt to break into or disrupt the service.
• Content rights: your resume and information remain yours. You authorize us to process them only to provide the service.
• Ending the service: you may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach the terms and change or discontinue the service with advance notice.
• Liability: the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
• Changes to the terms: material changes will be notified through the messaging channel and take effect on the date specified in the notice.
• Governing law and jurisdiction: Israeli law applies, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo have jurisdiction.

Nothing in this text waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
